Creatine will also increase your muscle size and mass with hydration. Creatine should be taken around 20 minutes before a workout so that it is readily available to your muscles when you are lifting.
Whey Protein Isolate – Grow Muscle
Protein is the mineral that muscles need to grow and grow stronger. Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) is a highly refined, low fat, low carb, source of pure protein that absorbs very quickly. Best taken immediately after a workout.
BCAA – Prevent Wasting
During an intensive workout your body is desperate for energy. One of the fastest ways it can get energy is by breaking down existing muscle mass to convert it to fuel.
